Yes. Most of our expat projects begin with video calls, floor plans and photographs. Concepts, quotations and approvals can be completed remotely, and the works scheduled so the home is ready for your move-in date.
We are renting. What can actually be changed?
More than most tenants expect. We prepare a landlord-ready proposal that separates reversible upgrades, such as lighting, paint, window treatments and freestanding joinery, from permanent works that need written consent, and we handle the conversation with the landlord or agent if you prefer.
