Ask the agent for the floor plan with dimensions and a slow video walkthrough of every room, including the inside of cupboards and the view from each window. With those we can model the apartment accurately and show you concepts within a week.

Decide three things early: which rooms matter most, what you are shipping versus buying here, and the date the home must be ready. Everything else, from finishes to furniture, can be decided in two or three video reviews.

The build is scheduled backwards from your arrival, with a buffer for management approvals and deliveries. You receive photos every week and a walkthrough video before handover, so the first time you open the door there are no surprises.
